"Suzanne, I wanted to let you know how great I'm feeling since [my husband] and I started working with you. I never considered myself an outwardly negative person, but definitely a worrier! Since I've introduced [your recommendations] everyday into my diet, I am naturally dwelling in a much happier and worry free mental place! It is easier for me to see the positive in things and handle stress without it bogging me down. I love the things we've introduced into our diet, so those are the things I reach for now when I'm hungry instead of candy or junk. I've noticed that I sleep well and am fully awake during the day now. I wake up feeling ready to go and I haven't been needing as much sleep. My mom was here the past two days &I showed her some of the things you've introduced us to and cooked your recipes while she was here...she loved [them]! She's very active and it used to be hard for me to keep up with her all day.
