Suzanne has revolutionized my college experience. Like many other students, I was running on too much caffeine, too little sleep, and paying little attention to the food I was eating. I was drifting off in class and couldn’t quite figure out how to fit my numerous responsibilities into a 24-hour day. But with the encouragement and support of Real Life Food, I started to really eat well and focus on foods that provided the energy I needed. Somehow I managed to go from the luxury of getting 5 hours of sleep a night to the necessity of getting 8 hours. I broke my caffeine addiction and have never felt more energized! I finally know what it feels like to have balance in my life and really appreciate what I’m eating. I feel better than ever and can’t imagine falling back into the infamous college lifestyle….From food to sleep to homework, if I plan well I’m able to execute a stress-free week. The Real Life Food program is not a fad-diet that backfires in a few months—it’s a way of life that is sustainable and becomes a necessary part of your everyday happiness.
