"When I hired Real Life Food, I was an individual that had good fitness discipline but struggled with discipline in terms of my diet. I always struggled with what was “good food” and what was “bad food”. Coupled with my strained relationship with food was the fact that I travel frequently for my job which caused a lot of inconsistencies in terms of when I was able to eat and what I was able to eat. I constantly struggled with cravings and didn’t understand why I would remain hungry when I thought I was eating appropriately.
I met Suzanne through my gym and was immediately drawn to her genuine personality, calming demeanor and her impressive knowledge on food and healthy eating. Real Life Food has helped me learn what true hunger is, what to eat before and after certain workouts, how to eat healthy when I travel, how to avoid cravings, and most importantly, to understand where those cravings come from and what food group I have been neglecting. I have lost 25lbs and feel great and I didn’t even need to tweak my fitness routine, it was simply in the way I was eating. I haven’t been sick in over a year and I have more energy then I ever have had before.
