Tony's story
"I really enjoyed working with Real Life Food in my Food Coaching program. My food coach was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. This program has helped me make great strides in my overall wellness. I lost weight, increased my energy and learned how to eat so that I wasn’t starving in between meals and hungry every two hours. Some other things I learned were: what foods worked best for my body type, to be conscious and eat slowly while eating, what bad eating habits I acquired over the years plus many other great things. The best part of this program is that it’s not your typical mainstream diet, it’s thinking outside the box. I would recommend this program for anyone who is ready to make permanent changes in their health and wellness."
