  • 1 Romaine lettuce head, washed and chopped
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 carrot, peeled and grated
  • 1 zucchini, peeled and grated
  • 3 tsp sesame seeds

Dressing:

  • ½ cup tamari sauce (soy sauce)
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup sesame oil 2 tbsp agave nectar (or other natural sweetener)

Combine romaine with mixed greens. Add the tomatoes, carrots and zucchini, toss. Combine all dressing ingredients in a jar and shake vigorously. Pour over salad and toss. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
