  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup frozen cranberries or blueberries
  • ½ banana 1 tbsp flax seed oil
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 cup organic, plain yogurt

Add all ingredients to blender, puree, and enjoy!
