Mediterranean Diet – The people of the Southern regions of Europe have always enjoyed food and eating. The emphasis the cultures of Italy, France, Spain and other countries place on mealtime is significant.  Meals consists of whole grains, fish, meat or poultry in small portions, and lots of fresh vegetables.
