to? I thought how I used to feel
everyday was completely normal.

Diets Don’t Work
Did
you know that we’re not all the same? Most diet books tell us that
everyone should be eating the same thing, when in fact, we are all quite

works for you is crucial on the journey to lasting health.
Weight
issues, low energy, sugar cravings, digestion problems, low immunity and
many other health concerns are just symptoms. Symptoms that your body is out of

symptom, the issue will probably keep coming back. It’s like pulling weeds in your yard –

type, your blood type, your medical history and even where you live and

diets books keep telling everyone to do the same thing: treat the symptom

You
don’t have to count calories
Most
nutrition professionals spend a lot of time looking at “calories in,
calories out”. They take food and turn it into a mathematical
equation. While calorie counting can be helpful, it’s really time

Food is not just calories, it’s energy.

is much more complex than a simple calorie. From the quantity you ingest

more each year.
People
consume a lot of artificial foods that don’t come close to resembling
anything their grandparents would recognize as edible. Then the body tries to cope from the
damage done and the effects are weight problems and chronic health
