Diets Don’t Work

 

Did you know that we’re not all the same?  Most diet books tell us that everyone should be eating the same thing, when in fact, we are all quite different from one another. Weight issues, low energy, sugar cravings, digestion problems, low immunity and many other health concerns are just symptoms.  Symptoms that your body is out of balance.  And diets just treat the symptoms.  They never get to the root cause.  If you treat just the symptom, the issue will probably keep coming back.  It’s like pulling weeds in your yard – if you just pull off the top of the dandelion, while it looks like it’s gone, the root will still be there and it will keep growing back. 

 

There are many factors that influence your health and make what you need to eat different from the next person:  your age, your heritage, your body type, your blood type, your medical history and even where you live and what you do for a living affect the food that’s right for you.  But diets books keep telling everyone to do the same thing: treat the symptom the same for everyone.
